Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅔ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until honey dissolves

  • Transfer mixture to mason jars or airtight containers
