Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice sourdough bread or your favorite bread
  • ½ avocado
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 small mozzarella balls halved
  • Cracked pepper and flaked sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced basil
  • Drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Drizzle of non-alcoholic balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a drizzle of lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread.
  4. top with cherries tomatoes, mozzarella halves, and basil.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and non-alcoholic balsamic glaze.
  6. Season with flaked sea salt and cracked pepper.

Notes

Use fresh mozzarella for a creamy texture.
Add basil just before serving for maximum freshness.
